You recently completed a report for us at the request of our buyers advocate. I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the report that you sent through. The sale has mutually fallen through as we asked for certificates of compliance – as per your advice – and the seller didn’t want to provide them.
I’m sure what you do can be a thank less job but you have potentially saved us thousands of dollars and/or a jail sentence in the worst case scenario if a tenant had of been injured.
